Am I supplying wrong or incorrect orders?The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Rorange makes no changes to the address unless notified by e-mail. Therefore, check that you have entered the correct address, including the dorm suite, etc. Please make sure your address is true before finalizing the order. Rorange is not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If this happens you entered the wrong address, please email us at contactrorange@gmail.com< /u> with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped, Rorange is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

I provided incorrect shipping information?If a package is returned to Rorange at an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not at home for the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return costs, as well as the costs redelivery (amount subject to transmutation based on current shipping rates). Rorange is not responsible for packages delivered by mistake or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by a customer, no refund will be made if the address is wrong, incorrect, incomplete.

How can I change or remove the title of my FAQ?You can change the title from the application settings, under the "Display" tab. If you don't want to display the title, disable the "Show title" option.

Damaged product and wrong orders?If you received an incorrect item, missing item in the package, or damaged item, please email us at rorange@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos and videos. We will try to fix the issue once it has been verified. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for
