When you buy from Rorange.ca, you agree to all of our policies and processing times.
All sales are final sales! We do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
* Order Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been placed, you cannot cancel your orders. Any request to cancel an order after placing your order will be refused. Rorange is not responsible for delays due to customs.

* Product Policy
Rorange is not responsible for any rashes or allergic reactions that occur after using our products. Getting a patch is highly recommended, see a doctor for advice if needed.
* How long does shipping take?
Due to COVID-19, processing time is currently 4-15 business days and USPS shipping time after package drop off. Delivery times may vary, we will send you updates and tracking with your order.
* Wholesale delivery times
Wholesale processing time is 7-20 business days! Since all orders will be made fresh, we ask that you allow time for our team to fulfill them and deliver your goods. Our packages are usually shipped very quickly. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays.

* My order indicates delivered but it is not there, why?
If this situation occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information, Rorange tracks you with each order and updates it as your orders are packed. We pride ourselves on packing your orders with great love and care, however, after your package has been brought to the post office, Rorange is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED PACKAGES or delays.
