Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Any cancellation requests after purchase will be denied.

Rorange is not responsible for any allergic reactions or rashes caused by our products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test and consulting a doctor if needed.


Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Currently 4–15 business days due to COVID-19, plus USPS shipping time. Wholesale orders take 7–20 business days since items are made fresh.

  • Shipping Methods: Standard and Expedited Shipping.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions; displayed at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number is emailed after shipment. Track via our website or carrier’s site.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Varies by shipping method and destination; delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carriers.

  • International Shipping: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • Shipping Address: Please provide accurate, complete information. Rorange is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Responsibility After Shipment: Once your package is accepted by USPS or another carrier, Rorange is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend using shipping insurance available at checkout for extra protection.

  • Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed, you may be charged additional shipping fees for reshipment or refunded minus original shipping costs.


FAQ: My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.

Contact your local post office with your tracking details. We carefully prepare every order, but after the package reaches the post office, Rorange is not responsible for delivery issues.
